Survive Food Crisis

Survive A Food Crisis
With the current drought in the Midwest, crops and livestock are in trouble, and so are we. We depend on those same crops and livestock to survive. This is the worst drought in the Midwest since 1936, and my garden can prove it. Only the strong, and prepared survived in 1936.  The unprepared and weak perished. Which are you? Learn how you can survive in a food crisis.

How to start to prepare immediately:
Every time you go to the store, pick up a few extra "emergency" items such as Rice, Beans, canned Vegetables, Honey, Energy bars, First aid items, Pet food, Water, Batteries, and products with a long shelf life. Buy as many items as you can afford, every time, especially if they are on sale. Store them in a designated box, large tote bags, backpacks, or plastic bin with a lid. Be sure to include a can opener.

Even if you never have a natural disaster, you will have extra food if needed, or if you loose your job (I would call that a disaster).
